Education
Learning is a different experience for everyone, our focus is on each person’s unique journey to solidify a true understanding of each skill. Haircuts, hair color, dimensional blonding, color theory, professional product knowledge, client building, and even shampooing are just some of the lessons offered. For those interested in becoming a hairstylist with little to no prior experience our apprenticeship and protégé stylist program is your golden ticket.
Longevity
We mean it when we say your health, well being, and future are important to us. For the now we are enrolled in the HMSA network utilizing Hawaii’s top tier medical professionals. For the future, a matching 401k plan is offered upon being with us for 2 years.

Coaching is essential for an athlete and similarly in the world of beauty the more time spent effectively training and practicing with guidance the higher your level of performance will be. Stylist Chair Trial Program
Up to 1 Year+
For the licensed professional our chair trial program includes classes and skills that can help strengthen your foundation to being successful behind the chair. From hair color theory to dissecting and executing haircuts to life changing hair-treatments we will show you with hands-on classes and shadow days where you bring models in while having a seasoned stylist support you.
